Mclarens Israel were appointed by McLarens Man Yee and the insurers to examine damage to mobile crane and project works in a construction project carried out by insured’s contractor in Georgia.
We flew to Georgia where we met on-site with the representatives of the contractor who presented the damage to the mobile crane and together, we discussed the repair options. Lists of the parts required for replacement were prepared and their cost was examined. We also examined the cost of a new mobile crane and to the project works damage repair. Accordingly, we prepared our adjustment that was agreed upon with the insured in accordance with the terms and conditions of the policy.
