Rocket fired by terrorists hit a fuel storage tank and as a result the tank and its contents caught fire. The contents of the storage tank were insured by others. The tank was declared a total loss. Actions were taken to remove debris and a tender for the construction of a new identical tank by local contractors. The duration of the construction period was about two years. According to Israeli law, the state compensated the company for part of the direct damage to the tank. The submitted claim included loss of profits due to the loss of income from the rental of the tank volume during the indemnity period.
